  • In house SaaS software design, schema, UI requirements, software testing and critique.

  • Manage and support small development team (5 devs) working on SaaS apps and SaaS websites. Support with troubleshooting, training, hosting, networking and infrastructure needs.

  • Log and manage tasks using in house ticketing/case management app.

  • Manage Microsoft 365 environments (around 10) with approximate total of 150 accounts.

  • Support Telus Business Connect environments (around 5) with approximately 50 users.

 

Project examples

 

  • Plan and estimate then implement onsite upgrade of a client’s entire aging server stack with addition of machine learning server. New hardware, implement virtualization, build and migrate 5 servers, improve backups and disaster recovery.

  • Plan and quote then merge a US company acquisition for an Albertan oilfield client. Move 15 users and email to existing RDS hosting, merge files and access, consolidate licensing, set up parallel US and Canada accounting and supported users.

  • Plan and estimate then migrate 55 users off of multi-hosted cloud Exchange to Microsoft 365. Upgrade workstations and mobile devices with new account details for all users.
